WAYMORE
Our Story
Our family's roots in LaBelle, Florida, began in 1965, when my grandparents relocated here to pursue the American dream through citrus farming. Guided by a strong Christian faith, they built more than a successful farm—they established a legacy founded on honesty, hard work, humility, and service to others.
More than sixty years later, four generations of our family continue to care for the same land, carrying forward the values and faith that have shaped our family from the very beginning.
Like many citrus growers across Florida, we eventually faced one of the industry's greatest challenges: citrus greening disease. As the disease spread throughout the state, what had once been a thriving way of life became increasingly difficult to sustain. Like so many farming families, we were forced to reimagine our future.

In 2017, a portion of our family's property was sold for the development of a solar energy facility. Rather than viewing that moment as the end of one chapter, we chose to see it as the beginning of another.
Wanting to remain involved, I asked the developer a simple question:
"Is there anything we can do to help?"
Their answer was equally simple.
They needed someone to keep the site clean by picking up trash.
We accepted the opportunity with gratitude, never imagining where that single "yes" would lead. What seemed like a small task became the foundation of something far greater than we could have imagined.
Today, that opportunity has grown into Waymore Incorporated.
Waymore provides specialized construction, civil services, land management, vegetation management, environmental solutions, and renewable energy site maintenance for customers throughout the United States. Although our company has expanded nationwide, the principles on which it was built have remained unchanged.

We still operate by the same values that were learned on our family's citrus farm:
- Work hard.
- Keep your word.
- Treat people with respect.
- Leave every place better than you found it.
Our Christian faith continues to guide every decision we make, reminding us that true success is measured not only by the work we accomplish, but by the integrity, character, and care we demonstrate to the people we serve.
Our story is proof that life's greatest challenges often become its greatest opportunities. What began as a family farm in LaBelle has grown into a nationwide company built on faith, perseverance, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to serve our customers.
As we continue to grow, we remain proud of where we came from and grateful for every opportunity that has helped shape who we are today.
